human secrets

How is the human personality formed?

How does a person think?

I will try, through this blog, to provide you with some information about humans based on my modest experience in studying human behaviorI always wonder how a person can succeed in his relationship with another when he is ignorant of the simplest thingsThat's why I decided to write this content and try to clarify some secrets of man.

The cerebrum: The brain is located in the upper part of the brain. It contains zigzags called the cerebral fold. It is the most complex and sensitive part of the brain. It is gray in color and is responsible for the processes of remembering, understanding, comprehension, and intelligence.

How does a person think?

I will speak of the mind as the main source of thought which influences human behaviour.

Mind Analysis: How does the human brain work?

We must first know the difference between the mind and the brain?

Mind: It is the intangible part of the human body that is responsible for the mental and psychological processes that a person performs voluntarily or involuntarily. And reflection, to distinguish between right and wrong, acceptable and unacceptable behaviors and ideas.

Divided into two parts:

Conscious mind and subconscious mind (subconscious mind)

Brain:  It represents the content inside the human skull. It is responsible for all the nervous processes in the body and controlling the work of its organs. It includes the brain, cerebellum, and brain stemThe human brain is made up of about 100 billion neurons.

What are the parts of the brain ?

Cerebellum: It is the smallest part of the brain, spherical in shape, located in the lower part of the brain. It contains half the number of neurons in the brain. Its task is related to the balance of the body, reactions, and the regulation of motor functions.

Brain stem: a brain mass that connects the brain with its three parts, and the medulla oblongata. Its function is to transmit nerve commands through the medulla oblongata from the brain to the rest of the body. It also transmits sensory information from the body to the brain. It contains breathing centers, awareness centers, and alertness and pain areas.

How does the human mind work?

Most people think that a person has two minds: the conscious mind and the unconscious mind, but in fact, a person has one mind, but it performs two different functions.

conscious mind:

·      He is the perceiver, the thinker, organized and dependent on logic

·      He asks why?

·      Think.

·      Limited vision differentiates between fantasy and reality.

·      He gives ideas and believes in them.

·      It can give successful or unsuccessful information to the subconscious.

·      Compare this information with the information he previously had.

·      He makes a decision and then sends it to the subconscious mindBecause it has memory stores.

the unconscious mind :

·      It is a massive store of random information - based on intuition.

·      He answers whatBecause it is an information store.

·      Feels not sleeping even in sleep is running.

·      Does not differentiate between fiction and reality.

·      He works to implement those ideas.

·      Accept what the conscious mind believes.

·      A mind that is not aware of thingsSo it is called unconscious.

How is the human personality formed?

What is the most important thing to know in order to define a person's characterIt is the behaviour.

The behaviors that emerge from the human being that determine the quality of his personality.

What is the behavior:

In psychology: Behavior is an action or reaction that comes from a person directly or indirectly, intended or unintended, that occurs in the subconscious , whether it is in the form of (action, speech, or body language)

BrieflyBehavior is all our actions and actions towards the situations we are exposed to.

Sources of human behavior

External influences:

There are influences that can affect human behavior, and they are four programs that a person receives in his childhood and should be wary of them.

·      Programming by parents.

·      Programming by school.

·      Programming by friends.

·      Programming via the media and offline social media.

Self view:

Maxwell Moltz says, “Self-perception is the key to a person’s character and behaviour. If you change your self-perception, you will change your personality and behaviour.”

All your actions, feelings, behavior, and even your abilities are always according to your own view.”

Experience and expertise:

Each of us goes through many experiences and experiences whose events become entrenched in our minds to turn into beliefs that turn into behavior.

Personal interpretation of situations:

The way you perceive and interpret situations affects your judgment of them, and thus your behaviour.

It is true that each one differs from the other in terms of perception. Each interprets an event in terms of what he sees, and this is what contributes to the conflicts that occur between people, because no one wants to compromise. Everyone clings to his opinion or what he sees or explains.
